We comply with the UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Apple App Store and Google Play Store privacy requirements. By using PromptMaxxing, you agree to the practices described below.

Payment card details — all payments are handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play billing.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use your data only for the following purposes:

We use the following services, each subject to their own privacy policies. We do not integrate advertising networks, analytics trackers, or data brokers.
All prompts and data are stored locally on your device using Drift local storage. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Your data is synced and backed up to Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.
To exercise any right, contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days (UK GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA).
PromptMaxxing is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK/EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Firebase (Google LLC) may store and process data in data centres outside the UK or EEA. Google complies with international data transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved under UK GDPR. See Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum for details.
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not receive or store your payment card details. All billing is governed by Apple's or Google's terms and privacy policies.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected] with subject line "Delete My Account". We will permanently delete all your cloud data within 30 days.
Local data stored on your device (free tier) is deleted when you uninstall the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice or email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
